“Turning Point's River Haven is a transitional living program located near the harbor. Our project will mitigate the use of fossil fuels and improve the quality for our residents who have made a commitment to their mental health and recovery, we are installing solar panels and components to power mini-fridges, lights, fans, and phones. We have a prototype that we have been testing for 90 days and all the components ready.”
